A free pre-interview process to check we can work well together
A pre-assessment questionairre to help me understand your issues in detail
A full hour long 1:1 assessment with myself, so you are fully heard, and you understand your situation.
Individualised written plans about what changes you’re going to make to improve your mental health.
1:1 support every 2-4 weeks, tailored to your needs

Let’s talk, understand and plan.
Initial consultation, understanding the issues, change science & individual lazer-focus plan
Follow up appointments as needed every 2-6 weeks to check on improvement, and implement new changes
Over time with sustained lifestyle change you can see the changes in your mental health.
Initial consultation, reviewing pre-assessment information and one 30 minute follow up appointment is £700.
Further follow up appointments are £175 for 30 minutes.
